Design

Once your order is placed, we’ll keep you updated on your order status and estimated order arrival.

We work with a team of trusted independent installers who have extensive experience with installing Hunter Douglas products. If you’d like to hire one of these installers, we’ll provide you the estimate for their work ahead of time.

We will notify both you and the installer when your shades arrive. From there, the installer will contact you to schedule the install with you directly. All installation fees are paid directly to the installer.

During our free on-site window treatment consultations, we can bring samples of any window covering you’re interested in, take measurements, and identify the perfect blinds/shades for your space.

From there, we will provide you a custom quote, or offer different scenarios to choose from.

Yes. We’ll can help identify what the problem is with your shade and determine if it is covered under the Hunter Douglas warranty. If it’s covered, we can send your shade into Hunter Douglas for repair. If the issue with your shade is not covered under warranty, we would be happy to provide recommendations for local repair solutions.
